Return Policy
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on enchantedfarmsduvall.com for return or exchange. Enchanted Farms products must be returned to enchanted farms. Please contact us via email at enchantedfarmsduvall@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please include the emailed receipt for online purchases along with transaction #.
If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If it's received after 30 days, an Enchanted Farms Gift Card will be issued and can be used on anything we offer at our farm or online. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: e-gift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping: Items shipped back will be at the expense of the customer. Free drop offs or exchanges at our location in Duvall, Wa.
